Our Coffee

We roast our own beans in small batches to bring out the unique flavors and character of each origin, ensuring every cup is rich, balanced, and fresh. We proudly work with a supplier who is deeply committed to sustainability and ethical sourcing. They prioritize long-term relationships with farmers and cooperatives, ensuring fair compensation and transparency in the supply chain.

Their direct purchasing model, known as the Farm Gate program, guarantees that farmers receive premium prices for their top-quality coffee, often exceeding Fair Trade minimums. This approach not only supports the livelihoods of coffee producers but also fosters continuous improvement in coffee quality and environmental stewardship.

Matcha

Our ceremonial-grade matcha is grown and produced at the Honam Tea Estate in South Korea (pictured) — a region chosen for its ideal climate, rich soil, and natural beauty. The tea is cultivated using eco-friendly, pesticide-free methods, allowing each leaf to grow at its natural pace. We've met the producers behind this tea and are proud to serve a product that reflects both exceptional quality and environmental care.

Chai

Our chai blend is crafted in the tradition of authentic masala chai — made with real tea, thoughtfully chosen spices, and a touch of sweetness. It offers a rich, full-bodied flavor that’s both bold and balanced, with no artificial additives or preservatives. This chai, sourced from Jaipur, India, is more than just a drink; it’s a tribute to the rich culture and tradition of Indian chai, a dedication from the owner to honor and share its authentic flavors. We've personally met the owner and love how their blends reflect both tradition and modern simplicity.

Organic Syrups

Syrup plays a big role in specialty coffee—so we treat it with the same care as everything else we serve! We proudly use Simpleton Sugar, a certified organic cane sugar crafted by a small team in Sioux City, Iowa dedicated to sustainability and high-quality syrup. Every batch is mixed by us in-house to keep it clean, fresh, and free from wasteful plastic or additives. It’s all about flavors and quality that complement our coffee—not detract from it.
